Program
Friday 12 Aug. We’re starting to heat the grills at 4:00 PM.
Cruising is starting at 6:30 PM.
Representatives from the board of the club will be present
the whole day.
Saturday 13 Aug. We start lining up the cars for the exhibition at
Tøyhusplassen at 10:00 AM. You will all be guided where
to park.
11:00 AM Official opening of the exhibition and the meet. A jury with a
panel of experts, will judge the cars in the different classes. For
the people’s choice we encourage all to vote on their favorite.
It is very important that no one starts their engines during the
exhibition, as other activities are going on in the buildings next to
the square. Among other things a wedding.
1:30 PM Diploma and trophy ceremony.
2:30PM Cruising is starting.
7:00 PM The grills are ready. Food for the barbeque you have to bring
yourself, but salad and potatoes are a free treat from the club.
The rest of the evening is allocated for having a good time with
all the nice peoples and some games and lottery drawing in
between.
Sunday 14 Aug. Eating breakfast, packing and going home.
Lottery tickets and club effects will be sold on the camping ground at Friday from 4:00 PM and on Saturday from 3:00 PM.
It will be a discount of 50% or more on the clothes. Lottery tickets are 10 NOK each.
